We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and organised team player to join us as a Deputy Manager at our Mockley Manor Nursing Home. Mockley Manor delivers compassionate residential, dementia and respite care in a high quality and lively environment.

As Deputy General Manager, you'll instil the ethos of person-centred care and support that sets us apart.

Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, as a Deputy General Manager you'll help to set the highest care standards and inspire a multidisciplinary team to focus on giving every resident the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance. You'll draw on your leadership and clinical skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals, and ours.

About You

To join us as a Deputy General Manager, you'll need be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important too, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We'll also look for some HR experience and an understanding of budget management. Finally, you'll be compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
